Our estimations, quotes and proposals are worked out and derived using various means and methods.
Obviously with our experience building and dealing with fabricators, material supply houses, lumber yards and the like gives us first hand knowledge as to what material costs are.
We have relationships and accounts with the majority of building supply companies on Long Island. Whether its Lumber, Tile, Stone, Kitchen Cabinets, Fencing, Siding, Windows or Doors
we get the best value and extended the favor to the customer.
Along with material costs are the costs for labor. Labor costs are estimated by figuring in such factors as job duration, number of service men needed, equipment necessary, the scope of work,
overall detail involved, etc...
We also use sources such as RS Means, Xactamate
and References to national averages.
